The AJS Moto Trial Club was founded in 1928 and has progressed into competitive events in the majority of disciplines, and are presently most active in Observed Moto Trials and combined Road Races. A Social Committee maintains fresh initiatives and strengthens unity between members whose ages range from 4 to 75 plus years. Enjoyment and fun is strongly emphasised at all club competitions and social functions.

Atujara covers all disciplines of motorcycle competition, as well as classic and modern road runs. Their competition aspect has varied over the years, but currently involved in classic road racing mostly.

The Gawler Motorcycle club was originally formed in 1925 to cater for the early 24 Hour Trial Events. The Club supports and encourages riders in all aspects of motorcycling including Motocross, Reliability Trials, Enduro and Moto Trials and conducts multiple events in each discipline.

The Juventus Motor Cycle Club is licensed historic vehicle club. It has a long history and its members participate in a number of motorcycle sports including Enduros, Moto Trials, Motocross and Road Racing.

Situated within the heart of the world famous Barossa Valley for over 70 years, Keyneton MCC takes pride in being a multi-discipline Club, running and promoting events for all levels of competitor - from Australian Champions and International representatives, to club level riders and brand newbies aged 4 and up. The Club also has a strong social side, with many social events during the year to bring members, families and friends from other clubs together to enjoy the sport in all of its forms.
